Facilities availability (usability report)

Current facilities availability is minimal, one convenience store, post office, one beach bar (June to September)  and one high end destination restaurant.

Currently no medical facilities, retail stores, services( nail, hair, spa) or entrainment.\

  • social needs

By designing:

  • creating enjoyable lines of pedestrian movement
  • shielding walkways from sun and heat
  • creating rest areas on a sloped hill
  • facilitating socializing with picnic and bbq areas
  • organizing farmers market
  • inviting ice cream parlors and  and bars on city square
